  • What is included in my membership?

    Membership in the Jockeys' Guild provides access to a wide range of benefits designed to support you both on and off the track. These include insurance coverage, financial assistance programs, industry advocacy, safety initiatives, and member-exclusive resources.

  • I am preparing to retire from racing. How do I change my membership status to "retired" member??

    If you are retiring from racing, it's time to change your Jockeys' Guild membership level. Your benefits and engagement with the jockey community shouldn't end simply because your racing career does. 


    Complete the Retirement Membership Form to begin the process and speak with a regional manager to better understand why a Retired Rider Membership is a win for everyone.

  • How do I change my contact information?

    You can easily update your contact details by logging into your member hub.


     Once logged in, you can:


    Update your phone number, email address, and mailing address

    Manage your membership payments and billing information


    Keeping your information current ensures you receive important updates, login codes, and member communications without interruption.

  • How do I add or change my beneficiary on my life insurance policy??

    Beneficiary changes for your coverage cannot be made online. To add or update your beneficiary:


    Call the Jockeys’ Guild office directly, or

    Email us to request a callback from our team


    We’ll guide you through the process and ensure your policy is updated correctly.

  • How do I file for Temporary Disability (TD)?

    If you suffer an injury, report it immediately to your regional manager.


    Your regional manager will submit the report to Cathya Franko, who will contact you directly.


    She will guide you through the next steps to file for Temporary Disability benefits.


    Prompt reporting ensures you receive support and benefits without delays.

  • Who do I speak with about 401k options?


    The Guild office does not manage enrollment. If you have any questions about your account or if you are interested in participating, contact:
